Never underestimate the power of a good clickbait, but in our case, it happens to be the truth. We have some really great people that are going to be teaching software development at Infinum Academy and we want to introduce them to you.
Feeling curious about who these folks are? Let’s introduce them.
“Although I started with Infinum as an iOS engineer three years ago, I have been working with iOS for the last six years. During my time in Berlin, I learned a lot about functional and reactive programming, which has become a passion of mine. In my free time, I like to play around with Haskell and other lesser-known languages and use that knowledge to improve everyday code. My other passion is working with people and teaching, so I'm really looking forward to getting to know all of you and sharing my knowledge.”
“I joined the Infinum iOS team three years ago, shortly after the first Infinum Academy. Since then, I’ve gained a whole bunch of new experiences in iOS development and working as a team. In addition to iOS development and machine learning, I’m also passionate about teaching and mentoring, so I’m really looking forward to spending this summer with you.”
“I’ve been working as an Android engineer at Infinum for the past three years. In fact, I started my career here after attending the first Infinum Academy. Over the past few years, I have learned a lot, and I hope to pass my knowledge onto you.”
“A long time ago, in a galaxy not so far away, I landed a job at Infinum. For the past four years, I've been working as an Android Engineer mastering this platform. It brings me great joy to share my knowledge with bright young people as a professor at Infinum Academy.”
“I've been working at Infinum as a Backend Engineer for nearly three and half years. I mostly work with Ruby on Rails and SQL databases. Before I joined Infinum, I had never written a single line of Ruby code; but I have learned a lot over the past few years, and I continue to learn everyday from the brilliant people on my team. I look forward to sharing all my knowledge with you.”
“My relationship with Ruby started five years ago. For the last two years or so, I've been vacationing here at Infinum, mostly drinking coffee and building backends. However, the time has come for me to get back to work as a Ruby preacher at Infinum Backend Academy. I look forward to mentoring all of you.”
So, gals and guys, there you have it. If any prospective students wanted to spy on their instructors, we’ve made it a lot easier. Bonus points, all of them have GitHub, and some are on Facebook, Instagram or Tinder. Wait, what?
